Who we are: Kept by Rose is operated by Vex Development SRL (CUI 52944672, Trade Registry no. J2025089375005), Romania, registered office Str. Nerva Traian Nr. 27-33, Sc. B, Et. 1, Birou 6, Sector 3, Bucuresti 031044, Romania. Contact: support@keptbyrose.com. By placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy.

Eligibility: We ship to US addresses only. You must be 18 or older to purchase.

Products: Materials are as described on each product page. Jewelry is fashion jewelry, not solid gold or silver. Preserved roses are real flowers, so color and shape may vary slightly, and screen colors may differ from the actual product.

Orders and prices: Prices are in USD. An order is accepted when it ships. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock issues, with a full refund. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments; your statement may show KEPTBYROSE or a similar descriptor.

Personalization: You are responsible for the spelling and content you submit; we engrave exactly what you enter. We may refuse unlawful or offensive content.

Shipping and returns: See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Payment disputes: If there's a problem with your order, please contact us first; we'll make it right quickly. Filing a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described may delay resolution, and we may provide order, tracking and delivery records to your bank.

Warranty: Products are covered by any warranties stated on the product page and those required by law. To the extent permitted by law, all other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Intellectual property: All content on this site belongs to Vex Development SRL and may not be copied without permission.

Disputes: Please email support@keptbyrose.com first; most issues are resolved within days. These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, but this does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your state of residence, and you may bring a claim in the small-claims or other court where you live.

Changes: We may update these Terms; the version posted when you order applies to that order.
