How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free and tracked. Delivery takes 8–15 business days in total, from order to your door. Planning for a date? Order early, and check the order-by date on the product page.

What is your return policy?
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded at no cost if you email us photos within 7 days of delivery. Email us before sending anything back. Full details are in our Refund policy.
Does the rose need care?
No. It's a forever rose, crafted to never wilt, so it needs no water. Keep it out of direct sunlight so the color stays rich, and dust it gently with a soft, dry brush.
How do I see the "I love you" message?
Hold the pendant up to a light or shine a phone flashlight through it, and "I love you" appears in 100 languages.
Does it come gift-ready?
Yes, it arrives in its black gift box, ready to give.
